Chescafe Limited provides a range of services including but not limited to diagnostics, online and on-premise consultations, grooming services, boarding services, and an e-commerce platform for pet food and accessories.

  2. Account: When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account.

Purchases

  2. Cancellations: You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

In no event shall Chescafe Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Chescafe Limited and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.
